EYE COLOR: Hazel (All Hazel eyes occasionally appear to take on a different shade of color under certain circumstance and or clothing color at the time.)

HEIGHT (approx.): 5'9"
DISTINGUISHABLE MARKINGS (IF ANY): A bruised sunken cheek with a burned look too it on the left side of his face. His chest also has a sunken look on the left side which is covered by his bandages separate from his facial ones.
^Clothing
HEAD (IF ANY): Stained and bloodied bandages wrapped around his mouth/chin up to covering his nose in the front and up to the bottoms of his ears where it's tied around the back.
UPPER: Stained and bloodied bandages covering most of his chest and some of his stomach, some separate ones wrapping around his left forearm, and a black scarf wrapped around his neck.
LOWER: Black pants reaching to his feet/ slightly baggy.
'HANDWEAR'(IF ANY): Fingerless gloves with wire gridding.
FOOTWEAR: Rough soled Sandals.

Name: Soeka [Pronounced: Soehka] "chishio (blood)" Neeukate

Bloodline: Chishioen (Blood pumps 5X faster than a normal person allowing advance Taijutsu prowess. Lifetime shortened.)
Personality: With a rattling tone to his voice and the occasional cough, Soeka doesn't appear to be the picture of health. Unfortunately this nature of a sick appearance and a serious but calm and inviting demeanor can result in another shinobi's untimely death, lulling them into a sense of friendship. He can be cold and harsh on people occasionally, but he can also show a soft side that is often the cause of the lulling.

Weaponry: short belt of shurikens at his waist, senbon concealed in the weaving of his scarf, kunai on the left side of his waist, opposite the shurikens.

Skills: Recurring bouts of extreme taijutsu due to his kekkei genkai activating whenever it wants.

Weakness: Very open spaces make him nervous and easily tricked, perhaps even afraid. This is due to a phobia he has about being alone in the middle of nowhere.
History: Born in the lower-class of Kumogakure, Soeka was very often excluded because of his unique ability in Taijutsu and his affinity toward doton techniques even though he was from the hidden cloud. His bruised and sunken wounds have never been explained, people ask him, but he says he'd prefer not to talk about it. (Following is after genin.) After killing his father and leaving the village, he is now wanted. None of the other villages know of him yet. But they will soon enough.
